Miranda offers ample fitness styles to keep you constantly engaged and making progress, from TRX to kettlebells, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, HIIT, weightlifting and many more... no one client is the same, so no one session will be the same. 

Miranda is dedicated to your results, so as part of any personal training package you'll receive an in-depth nutrition plan alongside personalised programmes or workout guides for extra support in your wellness journey.

The relationship with clients is an upmost priority and as a result you'll be able to touch base with your trainer directly for any questions or concerns.
