Pilates With Miranda

Miranda's first experience with fitness came from attending Pilates classes with her mother as a pre-teen, and she has been practising Pilates regularly ever since. Miranda has been working as a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor for over 6 years.
Miranda says:
"Keeping a regular Pilates practise has aided me over the years in injury prevention as well as teaching me to keep a strong connection to my centre, to gain full body awareness and to move with intention and precision. It has enabled me to understand how to plant solid foundations and how to build strength from the ground up. I am truly grateful to my Pilates practise for deepening my understanding of my body".
