Ingredients
2 Scoops chocolate protein powder
1 Egg
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Cup almond milk
(optional: 1 tsp stevia)
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 180degrees.
2) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the mix is smooth
3) Spoon out 2 tbsp of the mix into little ramekins or cupcake holders.
4) Bake for 5-6 mins. Be careful not to overbake. You want the top to firm up while keeping the inside gooey and melty.
Remember that inside will be so soft you won't be able to pick the cake out of its tin neatly. It is best to serve and enjoy in its pudding pot.
