Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Energy Balls


Courtesy of our client Chandni (you can check out more healthy and delicious food ideas like this one in her blog) This recipe is amazing if you are looking for a quick snack on the go or for something to curb those sweet cravings.


Ingredients


2 cups rolled oats

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup shredded coconut


Method

1) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

2) Using a tablespoon, scoop out some mix and roll it into a ball (roughly the size of ping pong balls).

3) Chill the balls in the fridge for 30-40mins.

4) Snack away.

These can be stored for up to 5 days and even frozen to enjoy another time.
