Summer Fruits Ice Lollies

I don't know about you, but the sunny weather has me constantly craving ice cream. So below you can find my recipe for homemade healthy ice pops.

Nutrition Per Lolly
(Based on a strawberry and mango flavour)
110 kcal
Carb 20g
Sugar 19g
Fat 0g
Protein 6g
Fiber 2g
Ingredients
1 cup 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh mango
1 handful raspberries
1 tsp honey
Method
1) Blend in a food processor the yoghurt, mango, honey and strawberries.
2) Add whole fresh raspberries to the mix and stir
3) Pour the mix evenly into lolly moulds.
4) Freeze overnight
5) Pour warm water over the mould and let them sit for 5-10 mins to make it easier to pull out.
6) Enjoy a refreshing smoothie ice lolly in the sun
Notes:
You can choose any fruits you like. Other flavours that you might like to try include banana, pineapple, blueberry, kiwi, raspberry. Explore and mix different fruits to see which combination you like best.
Chocaholics tip: For a chocolatey twist, you can even melt dark chocolate, leave it to set, dip a banana ice lolly into the set melted chocolate, sprinkle hazelnuts on top and whack them for a short time in the freezer!
